2. Description of Service
BizPadi is an "AI-powered business-in-a-box" designed for entrepreneurs. It provides tools for inventory management, PDF invoicing, payment collection, analytics, and AI business assistance.
3. Internet Connectivity & Offline Use
While BizPadi allows for offline viewing of your data and offline data entry, an active internet connection is strictly required to synchronize that data (writes), collect payments, use the AI assistant, or update your public business profile. BizPadi is not liable for data loss that occurs before data has been successfully synchronized to our servers.
4. User Responsibilities
As a user, you agree to:
- Provide accurate and complete information when creating your account and public business profile.
- Maintain the security of your account credentials.
- Comply with all local laws and regulations regarding sales, invoicing, and payment processing.
- Not use BizPadi for any illegal or unauthorized purpose.
5. Payments and Fees
BizPadi may facilitate payment collection between you and your customers. We reserve the right to charge transaction fees or subscription fees for access to premium services. Any applicable fees will be clearly communicated prior to use.
6. Intellectual Property
The BizPadi application, including its source code, design, features, and AI algorithms, are owned by BizPadi and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws.
